Usually you will receive your order within a couple of days of ordering but if you need it desperately drop me an email and I will see if I can help you out.

How do I place an order?
Make your selection by clicking Add to cart. To see what you have added to cart just click the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page you are on. You will then be presented with a summary of your order so far you can then either continue shopping or checkout by following the prompts on the screen.
What is your minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value! You can order as little or as much as you like.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Delivery & Returns
How much is delivery?
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.95 on orders up to £25 for orders going to addresses here in the U.K anything over that delivery is free! If you are ordering from outside of the U.K the delivery charge is calculated in real-time based on the weight of the items you have added to your shopping cart.
Please note that you will always be shown a complete breakdown of your order including any delivery charges before you are asked to pay.
Can I return an artwork purchase if I am not 100% happy?
Regardless of how much technology has came on there is still the age old problem of everyone’s monitor being different. What I mean by this is that everyone’s monitor is calibrated differently and some people don’t bother to calibrate them at all. What this means for us artists is that although the paintings I have added to the web-site will look the same as the original on my screen it may look slightly different on yours i.e the colours may be a bit different or the contrast may be lower or higher on an image.
It is unfortunately impossible to get round this problem so in order for you to be able to purchase artwork without any concerns I am happy for people to return artwork for a full and immediate refund if it turns out not to look quite the way they expected as long as it is returned in the same condition it was received in and within 14 days of receipt.
If I return an item will you pay my return postage costs?
Yes if the item is faulty or is sent in error. However if you have just changed your mind no sorry I will not refund your return postage costs unless previously agreed. Please contact me first by email before you return anything as some items may need to be returned to a different address or in some cases not returned at all.
Can I collect my order if I am local?
Possibly. I work from my home studio but also have other commitments so I am not always there. Best thing to do is to either email me on greg@greghoward.gallery or give me a call and I will be able to give you an answer one way or the other.
Saying that my postage charges are not excessive anyway and don’t forget its free postage for all orders over £25.00 if you live here in the U.K.

I have changed my mind. Can I return an item?
