If you are looking to purchase an original painting from me this year then it pays to have a look at the benefits you will receive on the silver & gold packages where you will be saving yourself literally hundreds of pounds.

Bronze membership is a lifetime membership and the silver & gold memberships last for a period of 12 months. At the end of your 12 months you will be contacted and given the option to renew, upgrade or cancel your membership.

VIP Collectors Club - FAQ’s

How do I get my VIP discounts?

Discounts for each level are provided by way of unique non-transferable discount codes which will be emailed to you within 48 hours of you opting in to any paid VIP Membership level. Please remember to keep this email in a safe place.

Each discount code expires on the anniversary of your paid membership so please ensure that you use them within the allotted 12 month period.

Is membership to the VIP Collectors Club available to collectors outside the U.K?

Yes it is.

Membership is the same price for overseas collectors but you will be asked to pay any applicable shipping charges for your artwork.

When can I choose my artwork?

You can pick your chosen artwork at any point throughout the 12 months of your membership as your VIP Collectors account is automatically set up to apply any relevant discounts for you - you just need to remember to login.

How do I place an order for my artwork?

Login to your account then make your selection of artwork by clicking Add to cart. To see what you have added to cart just click the shopping cart icon at the top right of the page you are on. You will then be presented with a summary of your order so far you can then either continue shopping or checkout by following the prompts on the screen.

Any applicable discounts for your membership level will be applied automatically.

Can I use my VIP discount to buy art for someone else?

Yes I have no problem with this.

 

Do I have to pick my artwork from the VIP Collectors gallery?

No you don’t you can pick from any of the artwork available on the web-site.

I can't find exactly what I want. Can I commission a painting?

Yes you can.  All you need to do is to get in touch and we will have a chat about what you are looking.

Do I have to pick all my artwork within the 12 months?

Yes you do.

Hopefully you won’t have any problems finding something you like but if you do find you are struggling to find exactly what you want just send me an email and we can have a chat about me doing a commissioned piece for you - no extra charge!

How do I pay for my VIP Collectors Club Membership?

Just click on the membership option you want to take up and it will be added to your shopping cart. You can then checkout as you would normally on the site.

Once your payment has been confirmed your membership level will be upgraded and you will receive an email within 48 hours with details of your new benefits/discounts.

Can I pay for my VIP Collectors Club Membership in installments?

Unfortunately at present I am unable to offer this facility.

All VIP Collectors Club Membership payments are taken in full in advance before you are given access to any benefits.

I have a Silver/Gold Membership what happens at the end of the 12 months membership period?

Just before your Silver/Gold paid membership period expires you will be sent an email asking if you wish to renew for a further 12 months. Should you for any reason choose not to do so any extra benefits/discounts associated with these levels will expire and you will automatically be downgraded to a Bronze level free membership.

With this in mind may I remind you that it is important that you use up all your benefits/discounts within your 12 month membership period as due to the way the site works it is not possible to extend paid memberships beyond the 12 months.
