I like a great many of us on this island we live on have a great affinity for the sea. There is just something about sitting on a beach or a cliff top watching the sea crashing in to shore that touches something deep inside of me. Of course as an artist I have an obligation to paint anything that affects me so deeply and what better medium to paint water with than watercolour!
