A Spring Walk In Little Langdale

Not that long ago me and my good lady went for a wee wander round little Langdale (yep another one!). It was a stunningly beautiful, sunny, spring day. The skylarks were chirping, the Herdie lambs were bleating in the fields and there was not a wisp of wind in the air and my back was playing ball - perfect!

It was one of those days where you get to the end of the planned walk and start looking on the map for other bits to add on to it because you don't want to go home. I'm not sure how many miles we done that day but it was a few.

Anyone who has been walking around that area will of course recognise instantly where we are in this painting. I know it's been done to death and every artist and his auntie, granny and second cousin twice removed has painted Slater's Bridge but I couldn't resist!

Hopefully though there is enough of me in the painting to make this one a bit different!

I offer worldwide shipping using tracked services from a range of carefully selected couriers.  If you are lucky enough to live here in the U.K and spend over £30 I'll also give you FREE delivery!

The original watercolour painting is approx 510mm x 360mm and is available either framed or unframed.
