Autumn At Aira Force
Aira Force is probably the most famous waterfall in the lake district and can be accessed from the shores of Ullswater.
It's best to visit when there has been a bit of rain that way you get the full 'force' of the experience (sorry that was a really bad dad joke! 😂🤣). All joking aside though it is definitely worth the short walk up the hill from the carpark and is particularly beautiful when the trees have their autumn colours on.
