2 Day Workshop Booking – Lake District Watercolour Workshops

Skill Level:
What level do I need to be at to take part? – These two day workshops are predominantly aimed at students who have painted for a little while and now wish to progress further in watercolour. The techniques I will be demonstrating are not difficult and can be used by anyone with a little practise but it will help if you are familiar with the basics of the medium.

Materials:
What equipment do I need to bring? – Just you usual paints & brushes is fine – don't go out buying equipment especially for the workshop. You will find it helpful to bring along a few larger brushes if you have them. I will be supplying drawing boards and watercolour paper for you to use on the day.

Can I buy materials at the workshop? – I will have a small range of materials available for sale at a discount such as paper, brushes, paints, boards and a few other bits'n'bobs but I would still recommend that you bring along your own equipment.

Parking, Lunch & Refreshments:
There is free parking on-site for students and the room is skip and a jump from the car parking area. I will be providing everyone with tea, coffee, water & biccies for the duration of the workshop as I am a fellow caffeine & sugar addict. Lunch is not provided. so please remember to bring your a packed lunch.

General:
Will we be painting outside? – This is not a plein air workshop so don't worry if the weather is a bit rubbish.
