Sheep are a fundamental part of the British landscape and our landscape owes much of its beauty to the sheep farmers and their flocks who have been shaping the landscape in places like the Scottish Borders, Lake District and Welsh hills for hundreds if not thousands of years.
So the next time you are out enjoying the beautiful countryside we have in abundance and a sheep decides to cross the road in front of you don’t get angry, instead take a moment and show our woolly friend a little courtesy after all he and his ancestors are responsible for the very scenery that you are enjoying.
The original watercolour painting is 270mm x 250mm and is available either framed or unframed.
