Annie’s Cottage - Video On Demand Watercolour Workshop

In this watercolour workshop I will show you how to paint this beautiful lake district scene.

You know the sort of thing I’m talking about - Majestic Mountains, Stone Cottages, Dry Stone Walls, Trees and all that lovely stuff.  Yep there’s a lot in this one which is why it makes such a good workshop painting.

Annie’s Cottage is a painting that I have done as workshop on a number of occasions at art clubs across the U.K and it has proved extremely popular as it demonstrates a number of fantastic creative techniques that will help you get to grips with painting the landscape around us.

The techniques you will learn to use in this workshop not only help you to portray elements of the landscape convincingly with the minimum amount of fuss but they will also help you do it in record time.

So if you are looking for a workshop that will give you techniques to help loosen up your painting style quickly then this is absolutely perfect for you!

Be warned though!…you might get messy on this one but I guarantee you will have lots of fun!

WORKSHOP DURATION:  46 Mins 15 Secs

Every workshop comes with 24-7 ONLINE LIFETIME ACCESS and can be viewed on basically any device that has an internet connection from your mobile phone right up to your smart T.V.

I want everyone who takes the workshop to be happy so I provide a full 14-day money back guarantee.

If for any reason you are not happy with the workshop you have purchased please get in touch by email to: greg@greghoward.gallery as I would like the chance to resolve any issues first.

If for any reason I can’t resolve your issue I will happily provide a full refund back to your method of payment.  (Please note refunds can take between 3-10 days to process depending on the payment method used.)

First of all for these workshops you will need your eyes & ears I always encourage students to watch the workshop first and then have a go because I record most of these workshops in just one take so any mistakes or adjustments I may make to get to the final painting are included - this way you learn more.

More importantly though I always encourage students who are new to me to approach these workshops with an open mind!

While I always try to encourage students to use their own materials I know that some of you prefer to use the same as the tutor as it is one less thing to think about. Especially when you may be trying out some new techniques. So below you will find a complete list of the materials I used to produce the painting in this workshop:

Paper:

1 x Sheet of Watercolour Paper (I used Bockingford 425gsm ROUGH 1/4 Imperial [38 x 28cm])

If you need to you can purchase paper directly from me here:

https://greghoward.gallery/art-materials/watercolour-paper/bockingford-watercolour-paper/

Paints:

I use Daniel Smith extra fine watercolours as quite frankly they are in my opinion the best on the planet however I know that some of you may not have access to these so where appropriate I have included a substitute colour that may be more readily available to you.

Suggested Colours: Quinacridone Gold, Naples Yellow, Bloodstone Genuine, Neutral Tint, Isoindoline Yellow (sub’Cadmium Orange), Carbazole Violet (sub’ Dioxazine Violet), Paynes Grey

If you fancy getting yourself a few tubes of these fantastic watercolours you can find the colours I use here:
